Inclusive Education Evaluation (Private Schools)

📝 Identify gaps and maximize the use of federally funded supports in collaboration with Education Partners.
Review school data to compare student needs with federal funding allocation, ensuring that resources are used effectively for inclusive education.
Classroom visits will observe inclusive practices in action, allowing for real-time feedback.
Individual 30-minute meetings with each teacher will provide tailored support.
Additionally, we will conduct 2 customized training sessions for teachers focused on inclusive practices and 2 virtual consulting sessions with administrators.
Finally, a comprehensive written report with actionable recommendations will be provided, with insights on future initiatives, so stay tuned for what’s Coming Soon.
Empathy to Insight (Private and Public Schools)

Child Find Essentials Packages (Private Schools)

📘 Child Find Essentials Package
Empower staff to advocate effectively and secure the federally funded services students deserve in an inclusive education environment.
This package includes a half-day training on child find responsibilities, a resource toolkit (handouts, checklists, referral flowcharts), and 30-day email/virtual support for follow-up questions. Stay tuned, as more resources will be Coming Soon for our Education Partners to facilitate this crucial process.
Special Education Advocacy (Public and Private School Families)
$1,500
🏠 Direct advocacy support for families navigating the Child Find process is coming soon. Our services include thorough document and evaluation reviews, as well as preparation and coaching sessions before meetings with education partners. We offer attendance at up to 2 school meetings (virtual or in-person depending on location) to ensure inclusive education for all. After each meeting, you'll receive a written summary and recommendations.
The service is available for a flat fee of $1,500 per family and may be HSA eligible.
Child Find Training for Families (Private Schools)

This virtual training focuses on the Child Find process and family rights under IDEA. Join us for a 90-minute session, which includes a 30-minute Q&A with a special education advocate. We'll provide guidance on identifying support needs, navigating school procedures, and partnering with educators to ensure inclusive education and appropriate services. This training is tailored specifically for families of private school students and their education partners.
